If something is not working, run through this checklist:

  1. Is your API key valid? — Check the credentials section and verify the key status.
  2. Is the agent using a supported model? — The model may have been deprecated by the provider.
  3. Is the channel connected? — Open Channels from the sidebar and check the connection status on the channel card.
  4. Check the audit log — Open Analytics from the sidebar and review the Recent Activity section for error events.
  5. Try a different model — If one model is not responding, switch to a free NVIDIA NIM model to verify the agent itself is working.
