Quick Diagnostics
Section titled “Quick Diagnostics”If something is not working, run through this checklist:
- Is your API key valid? — Check the credentials section and verify the key status.
- Is the agent using a supported model? — The model may have been deprecated by the provider.
- Is the channel connected? — Open Channels from the sidebar and check the connection status on the channel card.
- Check the audit log — Open Analytics from the sidebar and review the Recent Activity section for error events.
- Try a different model — If one model is not responding, switch to a free NVIDIA NIM model to verify the agent itself is working.
